Regulations and Etiquette

The Spa and its surroundings are areas of tranquillity, relaxation and general well-being. To preserve this level of harmony we politely request that you keep noise down to a minimum while on Spa premises and throughout all forms of treatment.

What to Wear

Please bring your bathing suit for all water activities and when using the thermal area. Swim cap use is mandatory in the indoor pool.

Disposable materials shall be used for all body treatments. It is necessary to use appropriate trainers and sportswear when using the gym.

Hotel Guests

Bathrobes and sandals will be available in your room, for use in the Spa. We advise visitors to leave valuables in their rooms. Lockers will be available in the Spa, however, should you require.

Health and Special Care

In instances of pregnancy*, medical restrictions or any type of abnormal conditions, such conditions must be specified when booking your treatment, in addition to being declared on the prior assessment card.

*No treatment shall be applied during the first three months of pregnancy. Use of the sauna and steam room is forbidden for pregnant women.

Sauna and Steam Room

The sauna should be used in moderation. The use of a bathing suit is recommended. Usage time and frequency shall vary in accordance with the requirements of each person. Recommended use of the dry sauna is 15 minutes.

The steam room (moist heat) is ideal for opening the pores of the skin, in addition to arousing and cleaning the respiratory system. Usage is not recommended for clients with heart problems, high pressure or serious circulation issues.

Please take a shower before using the Saunas. We recommend a further cold shower, after using the saunas, to close the pores and return the body to its normal function.
